Who We Serve

The Inland Empire, including San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, serves a large and highly diverse student population. Most students identify as Hispanic or Latino, with significant Black or African American, Asian, and multiracial populations, and many are first generation and from low income households. These demographics underscore the importance of equity focused K–16 pathways to support college access, completion, and economic mobility in the region.
