Round 2 Proposal Submissions are now under review.

The Inland Empire Regional K-16 Education Collaborative was created to streamline equitable pathways from high school to post-secondary education and into the workforce for the most marginalized and under-served students in the Inland Empire region. Collaborative proposals from Inland Empire K-12 schools/districts, community colleges, and public 4-year universities are now being accepted.

The Project Proposal Application - Round 2 is available for submission through April 1, 2024 and is accessible through this period only. All proposals must be submitted via this form and will not be accepted in any other format. Access project proposal application HERE.

The Project Proposal Application - Round 1 is available for submission through November 17, 2023 and is accessible through this period only. All proposals must be submitted via this form and will not be accepted in any other format. Access project proposal application HERE.

Round 2 Project Proposal Resources

The proposal guidelines are available as an additional resource for the Project Proposal Application. The guidelines include additional information such as grant purpose, process and funding model, award timeline, reporting requirements, eligibility requirements and much more. The proposal guidelines are available as an additional resource for the Project Proposal Application. The guidelines include additional information such as grant purpose, process and funding model, award timeline, reporting requirements, eligibility requirements and much more. A Scoring Rubric will be used to evaluate the proposals and identify the proposals demonstrating the most collaborative and project alignment to the grant scope of work. The proposal guidelines include more detail on the evaluation and award process, which includes the scoring rubric. The scoring rubric is accessible HERE.

The Intersegmental Pathway Planning Worksheet is an additional tool made available for regional partners to collaborate and share their intent for K-16 and workforce partnerships. This tool is available HERE.

Please note that this is not a Project Proposal Application requirement.
